Description

Statius's warhammer is a tier 78 melee weapon in RuneScape 3. It uses the crush style and needs level 78 Attack to wield. It is a very rare drop from Revenants in the Forinthry Dungeon and from the Chaos Elemental. It is so rare that the drop gets a server-wide announcement.

The warhammer has a special attack called Obliterate. It costs 35% adrenaline. It hits the target for 160% to 180% ability damage and lowers their Defence level by 30%. It also raises the target's Affinity values by 5 for one minute, so your hits land more often. Each use of the special drains 0.1% of the weapon's charge.

The weapon degrades over 100,000 charges of combat and cannot be repaired. It turns to dust when the charges run out. You can upgrade it to the superior Statius's warhammer with an ancient warriors' equipment patch. This raises it to tier 88 and makes it augmentable. An Essence of Finality amulet can also consume the warhammer, which unlocks unlimited uses of its special attack through the amulet.

This is a strong pick for PvP and for fights where lowering Defence matters.
