Description

The Ancient warriors' equipment patch is a members item in RuneScape 3. It upgrades any piece of Ancient Warriors' equipment from tier 78 to a superior tier 88 version. The superior version can also be augmented, which the normal version cannot.

The patch works on Statius's, Vesta's, Morrigan's, and Zuriel's gear. This includes armour like Statius's platebody and Zuriel's robe top, plus weapons like Vesta's longsword, Statius's warhammer, and Zuriel's staff. To upgrade Morrigan's javelins or throwing axes, you need 100 of that weapon. The patch must be used on an unused piece of gear.

Ancient Warriors' equipment is the highest level PvP armour in the game. Each weapon has its own special attack. The upgrade is a big deal for players who fight in the Wilderness and want stronger gear.

Keep in mind that the upgrade cannot be undone, and the superior item cannot be traded. The patch itself is tradeable, so buying one saves you from hunting rare drops from revenants, the muddy chest, or the Wilderness slayer chest.
