Stew is a simple food item in RuneScape 3. It is a meat and potato stew that heals 625 life points when eaten. It is a good pick for players who want cheap and easy healing food.

Making stew needs level 25 Cooking. Cooking one gives 117 Cooking experience. To make it, fill a bowl with water, add a raw potato, then add cooked meat or cooked chicken. Cook the uncooked stew on a range or fire. Players stop burning stews at level 58 Cooking, or at level 55 with the Cook-o-matic.

Stew is useful for more than healing. A cooked stew can be mixed with red, yellow, brown, or orange spice to make spicy stew. Uncooked stew is also the starting ingredient for curry.

Stew is a free-to-play item, so any player can use it. It is tradeable, noteable, and can be disassembled. When taken apart, it mostly gives organic parts. It weighs 1.5 kg. Players can also buy stew from the Forester's Arms in Seers' Village, from Lidio in the Warriors' Guild, or from the Laughing Miner Pub in Keldagrim.
