The RS3 stranger plant pouch is a Summoning pouch that calls the stranger plant familiar. You need level 64 Summoning to use it, and each summon costs 70 Summoning points. The familiar stays with you for 48 minutes.

The stranger plant is a big help for Farming. Interact with it to get a Farming boost of 1 plus 4% of your level. This lets you plant seeds a few levels early. For example, a spirit seed needs level 83 Farming, but with the boost you can plant it at level 79. The max boost is +5 at level 100 Farming.

The familiar also forages for strange fruit while it follows you. In combat, it has 9,000 life points and a combat level of 94. With a Stranger Plant scroll, it can use Poisonous Blast, a special move that deals magic damage with a 50% chance to poison the target.

Each pouch can also be turned into ten Stranger Plant scrolls at a Summoning obelisk, or 12 scrolls at the Amlodd district obelisk when the Voice of Seren is active there.
