Each dose restores prayer points equal to 70 plus 35% of your maximum prayer points. At level 99 Prayer, one dose restores 416 points, and the full flask restores 2,496 points in total. With a holy wrench, each dose restores 436 points at level 99 Prayer.

This flask is a strong choice for long fights and bossing. It gives more doses than a normal potion, so you can keep your prayers active longer without extra inventory space. It is light too, weighing only 0.06 kg.

Making one yourself takes work. The flask needs level 89 Crafting to blow from robust glass, and the super prayer potion needs level 94 Herblore. Buying the flask skips those high level costs.

A few things to know. Once a dose is used, the flask cannot be refilled. After all six doses are drunk, the flask shatters and disappears. The item is tradeable and noteable, and it can be disassembled for parts like delicate parts, organic parts, and crafted parts.
