The Super prayer potion (4) is a four dose potion in RuneScape 3 that restores Prayer points. Each dose gives back 70 points plus 35% of the player's maximum Prayer points. That means it restores between 73 and 416 points based on the player's Prayer level. With a holy wrench, it restores 436 points at level 99 Prayer.

This potion is a strong pick for bossing, slayer tasks, and long fights where protection prayers drain fast. It restores more points per dose than a regular prayer potion, so players can stay in combat longer with fewer sips.

Players make this potion at level 94 Herblore by mixing a Prayer potion (3) with wyvern bonemeal or ground wyvern bones. Making it grants 270 Herblore experience. At level 117 Herblore, it can be combined with a primal extract and a spark chitin to make an extreme prayer potion.

Six or more doses can be poured into a potion flask to make a Super prayer flask, and no extra level is needed to fill flasks. The four dose potion is members only and weighs 0.035 kg.
