Description
The Tombshroom is a mushroom in RuneScape 3. It grows from a tombshroom spore planted in a mushroom patch. Growing it needs level 109 Farming. Mushroom patches are found in Canifis, Isafdar, and the City of Um. The Isafdar patch needs the Medium Tirannwn achievements. The Um patch needs level 80 Necromancy.
Tombshrooms are mainly used as food for zygomites at the player-owned farm. They can also make a summoning renewal potion when mixed with an unfinished spirit weed potion. Farmers will watch a planted guarana seed in exchange for eleven tombshrooms, or nine with the master farmer outfit. You can also turn them into supercompost in a compost bin.
Tombshrooms are stackable and can be harvested in a single action. Each harvest gives 20 mushrooms and 9,032.4 Farming XP. Planting gives 650 XP. The crop takes 4 hours to grow. If you finish the elite Morytania achievements, your yield from mushroom patches is doubled.
When disassembled, tombshrooms mostly give Organic parts. They can also give Crafted parts, Enhancing components, Healthy components, and Living components. This makes them useful for Invention training too.
