Tuna is a food item in RuneScape 3 that heals 750 life points when eaten. It is a solid mid-level food for training combat, doing quests, or exploring dangerous areas. It weighs 0.4 kg, so it is easy to carry in bulk.
Tuna is made by cooking raw tuna at level 30 Cooking. Cooking it gives 100 Cooking experience on a range, 110 on a bonfire, and 121 on a portable range. Players rarely burn tuna starting at level 60 Cooking and stop burning it at level 63. Cooking tuna can give around 150,000 Cooking experience per hour.
Tuna has more uses than just healing. Members can combine it with sweetcorn to make tuna and corn, which is used to create a tuna potato. It is also used to make part admiral pie, Portent of restoration IV, and Attuned portent of restoration IV. A knife can turn it into chopped tuna.
Tuna can also be disassembled for Invention. It falls under the Food and herbs category and can give Organic parts, Crafted parts, Enhancing components, Healthy components, and Living components. This makes tuna useful for training, cooking, and crafting alike.
