Description

Vesta's longsword is a powerful melee weapon in RuneScape 3. It is part of Vesta's equipment and is the fifth strongest longsword in the game. You need 78 Attack to wield it. It is a tier 78 slash weapon with 955.5 ability damage and 1829 accuracy.

The sword has a special attack called Feint. It costs 25% adrenaline and hits for 255% to 295% ability damage with a 75% higher hit chance. This makes it a strong pick for big single hits in PvP and other fights.

The weapon degrades as you fight. It lasts for 100,000 charges of combat, then it turns to dust. It cannot be repaired. Each use of the special attack drains 100 charges.

You can upgrade Vesta's longsword to the superior version with an ancient warriors' equipment patch. The upgrade raises it to tier 88 and lets you augment it.

In the game, this sword drops from Revenants in the Forinthry Dungeon and from the Chaos Elemental in the deep Wilderness. Its design is based on a Roman sword called the Spatha.
