Description
The water tiara is a head slot item in RuneScape 3. It is made by using a tiara on the Water Altar with a water talisman in your backpack. This gives 30 Runecrafting experience and needs only level 1 Runecrafting.
Wearing the tiara lets you left-click the Water Altar to enter it. This saves a backpack space since you do not need to carry a talisman. The tiara can also be used on the wicked hood to unlock the hood's Water Altar access, but this uses up the tiara.
After you finish the Dealing with Scabaras quest, the water tiara can be turned into an enchanted water tiara. Once charged with water runes, the enchanted version acts like an endless waterskin. It protects you from desert heat, which is great for tasks in the desert.
The water tiara weighs 1 kg and has no combat stats or armour. It is tradeable, equipable, noteable, and can be disassembled. It is not stackable. On death, it is always kept outside a dangerous area. It is a simple and useful item for any Runecrafter who visits the Water Altar often.
