Description
The white chainbody is a members-only piece of White Knight armour in RuneScape 3. It is a body slot item made of connected metal rings. To wear it, a player needs level 25 Defence and must finish the Wanted! quest.
This is Tier 23 tank armour for melee combat. It gives 81.4 armour and 345 life points. It also gives a +1 prayer bonus, which sets it apart from the black chainbody. The two share the same stats except for that prayer boost. The chainbody gives 0.46% damage reduction against monsters and 1.38% in player fights.
The white chainbody is tradeable, so players can buy it instead of grinding for the Novice rank with the White Knights. It weighs 6.803 kg and can be noted for easy storage. It cannot be made with the Smithing skill, so trading is a fast way to get one.
Players who use the Invention skill can also disassemble it. It always gives one Knightly component and can give Cover parts, Deflecting parts, Plated parts, Strong components, and Protective components. This makes it a good pick for both low-level tanks and Invention training.
