Description

The Firefly is a Mythic pet in Grow a Garden 2. It was added to the game on July 12. It flies around your garden and makes newly planted crops grow bigger.

Each equipped Firefly adds a 2% plant size bonus. The bonus stacks, so more Fireflies mean bigger plants. The total bonus is capped at 50%, which takes about 25 Fireflies. The effect works for everyone on the server, so friends benefit too.

Pet mutations make the Firefly even stronger. A Big Firefly gives 2 times the bonus. A Huge Firefly gives 3 times the bonus. A Rainbow Firefly gives 1.25 times the bonus. A Huge Rainbow Firefly gives 7.5% plant size per pet.

The Firefly is very rare in the game. It has only a 0.6% chance to spawn anywhere on the map, so finding one on your own can take a long time.

Bigger crops sell for more Sheckles. Players use Fireflies to boost high value crops like Mushrooms and Starfruit, then pair them with mutations for huge sales. If you want larger harvests and better profits, the Firefly is a top pick.
