The Squirrel is a Legendary pet in Grow a Garden on Roblox. It was added on May 17th, 2025 in the Blood Moon Event Update. This pet hatches from the Mythical Egg with a 26.79% hatch chance. It has 15,000 hunger.

The Squirrel has brown fur, a beige underside, short ears, black eyes, and a black nose. It looks a lot like a real squirrel with a big bushy tail. It often stands on the garden fence and walks around slowly, so it is easy to pick up or feed.

Its trait is called Seed Stash. This trait gives a small chance that a use of the Reclaimer tool is not consumed. That can save tool uses over time. The Squirrel also gains extra XP per second. It is one of only 5 pets that can do this, along with the Starfish, Grey Mouse, Brown Mouse, and Mochi Mouse.

The Squirrel used to be a Mythical pet but is now Legendary. Players who want to save Reclaimer uses and level a pet faster will get good value from this pet in their garden.
