Description
The Abyssal bracelet(5) is a wrist slot item in Old School RuneScape. It makes using the Abyss a little safer. When you wear it, you will not get skulled when you enter the Abyss. This helps runecrafters who use the Abyss to reach runecrafting altars fast without the risk of losing items to player killers.
Each bracelet holds 5 charges. One charge is used each time you enter the Abyss. When all 5 charges are gone, the bracelet crumbles to dust. The bracelet gives no combat bonuses or penalties, so it is a pure utility item. It weighs 0.25 kg.
Players can make this bracelet by casting the Lvl-4 Enchant spell on a diamond bracelet. This needs level 57 Magic, one cosmic rune, and ten earth runes, and it gives 67 Magic experience. Diamond bracelets can be made at level 58 Crafting. The high alchemy value stays the same no matter how many charges are left, so some players alch the bracelet when one charge remains to get some value back.
The fully charged Abyssal bracelet(5) is tradeable and equipable. Partly charged versions cannot be traded on the Grand Exchange.
