Getting this item as a drop takes time. Demonic gorillas in the Crash Site Cavern drop it at a rate of 1 in 500. Tortured gorillas drop it too, but only at a rate of 1 in 5,000. Both fights are tough, so many players skip the grind and buy the spring instead.
