Description

The Bandos kiteshield is a rune kiteshield made in the colours of Bandos, the god of war in Old School RuneScape. It looks like a normal rune kiteshield but has a brown ornamental trim. You need 40 Defence to wear it.

The shield has the same stats as a rune kiteshield, plus a Prayer bonus of +1. It gives +44 Stab, +48 Slash, +46 Crush, and +46 Ranged defence. It has a -8 Magic attack bonus and a -2 Ranged attack bonus. It weighs 5.443 kg.

This shield comes as a reward from hard Treasure Trails. It cannot be made with the Smithing skill, so clue scrolls are the only way it enters the game. Since 7 April 2016, free-to-play players can also use it.

You can store the shield in the treasure chest of a costume room as part of the Bandos rune armour set. Ultimate Ironmen cannot take out single pieces until the full set is stored. The item ID is 12488.
