Description

The Berserker helm is a mid-level melee helmet in Old School RuneScape. To wear it, players need level 45 Defence and must finish the quest The Fremennik Trials.

This helm gives a +3 Strength bonus. That is the same Strength bonus as the helm of Neitiznot and the obsidian helmet. Combat pures like it because it is the second lowest level headgear with a Strength bonus. The extra Strength helps players hit harder in melee combat.

Its defence is close to the rune full helm. It gives +31 stab, +29 slash, +33 crush, and +30 ranged defence. That means it is a little better than the rune full helm in stab and crush defence, and a little worse in slash defence. It has -5 attack bonuses to magic and ranged.

Compared to the Dragon Med Helm, the Berserker helm trades a small amount of defence for offence. It is also cheaper. Players who want to deal more damage often pick the Berserker helm.

In game, the helm can be bought from Skulgrimen's Battle Gear shop in Rellekka. It is also a drop from dagannoths and a possible reward from Barbarian Assault High Gambles.
