The Berserker necklace is a powerful neck item in Old School RuneScape. It is an onyx necklace enchanted with the Lvl-6 Enchant spell, which needs level 87 Magic to cast. The spell uses an onyx necklace, 1 cosmic rune, 20 fire runes, and 20 earth runes.
This necklace boosts your damage by 20% when you fight with an obsidian melee weapon. These weapons are the Toktz-xil-ak, Tzhaar-ket-om, Tzhaar-ket-em, and Toktz-xil-ek. The damage boost stacks with the full Obsidian armour set, the slayer helmet, and Void Knight equipment. This makes it a strong pick for obsidian builds.
The necklace gives a +7 strength bonus and a +3 prayer bonus. There is a trade-off. It lowers your melee accuracy with -10 to slash, stab, and crush. It also lowers your defence by -20 to all combat styles.
Players can add a Berserker necklace ornament kit from hard Treasure Trails to make a Berserker necklace (or). This change is only for looks and does not change the stats. The kit can be removed later to get both items back. The necklace weighs 0.01 kg.
