Black d'hide vambraces are hand slot armour in Old School RuneScape. They are made from black dragon leather and are part of the black d'hide armour set. This is members-only gear. You need level 70 Ranged to wear them.
These vambraces are a strong pick for ranged combat. They give a Ranged attack bonus of +11. They also add defence, with +4 to Stab, +5 to Slash, +5 to Crush, and +8 to Magic. They lower Magic attack by 10, so they fit best with a ranged setup. They are light too, weighing only 0.283 kg.
Players can craft the vambraces with level 79 Crafting. It takes one piece of black dragon leather and one thread, and gives 86 Crafting experience. If you use kebbit claws on them, they turn into black spiky vambraces. That version adds a small +2 Strength bonus and needs level 32 Crafting to make.
The vambraces can also drop from monsters like dust devils, smoke devils, and brutal black dragons. If you train Ranged or fight with a bow or crossbow, black d'hide vambraces are a solid choice for your hand slot.
