Description

Bloodbark gauntlets are a members-only magic hand slot item in Old School RuneScape. You need level 60 Magic and 60 Defence to wear them. They are part of the bloodbark armour set, which is made for players who use blood spells.

The gauntlets give a Magic attack bonus of +4. They also give solid defence for magic gear, with +5 Stab, +4 Slash, +6 Crush, and +5 Magic defence. The melee defence of bloodbark armour is close to adamant armour and a bit better than Ahrim's robes.

The best part is the healing boost. Each piece of bloodbark armour makes blood spells heal 2% more of the damage you deal. With the full set on, blood spells heal you for 35% of the damage. The healing grows even more with an Ancient sceptre or Zuriel staff. This makes the gauntlets great for training and long fights where you want to stay healthy without food.

Players can also make the gauntlets with level 77 Runecraft by using splitbark gauntlets and 100 blood runes at a Blood Altar, after reading the Runescroll of bloodbark. The gauntlets can be stored in a magic wardrobe in a player-owned house.
