Description
The blue d'hide body is a piece of blue dragonhide armour in Old School RuneScape. It fits in the body slot and is a members item. It is a solid pick for mid-level rangers who want good defence without heavy gear.
To wear it, a player needs level 50 Ranged and level 40 Defence. Unlike the green d'hide body, it does not require the Dragon Slayer I quest. This makes it easy for many players to put on right away.
The body gives a +20 Ranged attack bonus. Its defence bonuses are +23 Stab, +30 Slash, +30 Crush, +28 Magic, and +40 Ranged. The strong Magic and Ranged defence makes it a smart choice against mages and other rangers.
Players can also craft this armour with level 71 Crafting. It takes three blue dragon leathers, a needle, and thread, and gives 210 Crafting experience. Brutal blue dragons drop it as well.
The blue d'hide body is tradeable and can be noted. It is also used in some Treasure Trails clue steps, so it is handy to keep one around for clue hunting.
