Blue d'hide chaps are a piece of Ranged armour in Old School RuneScape. They go in the legs slot and need level 50 Ranged to wear. There is no Defence level needed, so mid level players can use them right away.

These chaps give a +11 Ranged attack bonus. They also give solid defence bonuses of +13 stab, +16 slash, +20 crush, +14 magic, and +20 ranged. The magic attack bonus is -10. They are part of the blue dragonhide armour set.

Players use Blue d'hide chaps for many activities. They are a good pick for Ranged roles in Barbarian Assault, fights with Scurrius, Abyss runs, and chompy bird hunting.

Making the chaps yourself takes level 68 Crafting, two blue dragon leathers, a needle, and thread. Hunting them from Eclectic implings needs level 50 Hunter, and the drop is rare at 1 in 100. Buying the chaps skips all of that work.
