These chaps give a +11 Ranged attack bonus. They also give solid defence, with +13 Stab, +16 Slash, +20 Crush, +14 Magic, and +20 Ranged. The Magic attack bonus is -10, which is normal for dragonhide gear.

This item is rare because it only comes from hard Treasure Trails. Players cannot make it with the Crafting skill, and there is no way to add gold trim to normal blue d'hide chaps. That makes these chaps a nice pick for players who want a fancy look without giving up stats.
