Description
The blue d'hide body (g) is a gold-trimmed version of the blue dragonhide body in Old School RuneScape. It is worn in the body slot and is a members only item. Along with the blue d'hide chaps (g), it forms the blue d'hide gold-trimmed armour set.
To wear it, a player needs 50 Ranged and 40 Defence. Its stats match the regular blue d'hide body. It gives +20 Ranged attack and strong defence bonuses, including +40 against Ranged and +28 against Magic. It does lower Magic attack by 15.
The gold trim is what makes this item stand out. Players cannot craft it or add trim to a normal body. It only comes from hard Treasure Trails as a rare reward, so it is a nice way to show off while training Ranged or fighting in mid-level combat.
The body can be stored in the treasure chest of a costume room as part of its set. It cannot be used for emote clues in place of a regular blue d'hide body, and it cannot be stored in a STASH unit. It weighs 6.803 kg and was released on 20 February 2006.
