Description
The Blue moon helm (broken) is the fully degraded form of the blue moon helm in Old School RuneScape. It needs level 75 Magic and 50 Defence to equip once it is repaired. This is a members only item, and it is tradeable and noteable.
To use the helm again, it must be repaired. An NPC like Bob or Dunstan can fix it for 1,500,000 coins. Players can also repair it at an armour stand for less. Each Smithing level takes 7,500 coins off the price, so it costs 757,500 coins at level 99.
When repaired, the helm gives a magic defence bonus of +10, a ranged defence bonus of +6, a prayer bonus of +3, and a magic damage bonus of +1%. Worn with the full Blue Moon armour set, it grants the Frostweaver set effect. After a bind spell, the Blue Moon spear has a 20% chance for its next melee attack to skip action delays.
The helm holds 3000 charges when repaired and loses 1 charge every 54 seconds in combat. That is 45 hours of fighting before it breaks again. The item weighs 0.453 kg.
