Chopped tomato is a food item in Old School RuneScape. It is a bowl of chopped tomatoes. You can eat it to heal 2 Hitpoints, the same amount as a plain tomato. Its examine text reads: "A mixture of tomatoes in a bowl."

This item is made by using a bowl on a tomato while you have a knife in your inventory. It weighs 0.2 kg. It is tradeable, noteable, and edible. It cannot be equipped and does not stack.

Chopped tomato is most useful as a cooking ingredient. Add an onion to make onion and tomato, which is a step toward the ugthanki kebab. That kebab needs level 58 Cooking and heals 19 Hitpoints. You can also add ugthanki meat to make ugthanki and tomato, or add spice to make spicy tomato. Spicy tomato heals 2 Hitpoints and can bait a box trap for the Hunter skill.

Players who train Cooking or want to make ugthanki kebabs will find chopped tomato handy to have ready. It saves the small steps of gathering bowls, knives, and tomatoes on your own.
