The Spicy tomato is a members-only food item in Old School RuneScape. It is a bowl of chopped tomatoes with spice added for an extra kick. You can eat it to heal 2 hitpoints, or use it as bait for the Hunter skill.
Its main use is as bait for chinchompas in the Piscatoris Hunter area. You can place it on a set box trap to lure them in. It can also be a quick snack when you need a small heal.
Making this item takes a few steps, so it is rare to see in the game. You use a tomato with a bowl while you have a knife, then add spice or gnome spice to the chopped tomatoes. It only needs Cooking level 1, so any player can make it.
