Description

Coconut milk is a key Herblore ingredient in Old School RuneScape. It is made by cracking a coconut open with a hammer, then using the half coconut on an empty vial. This gives a vial of coconut milk and a coconut shell that can be used for supercompost.

Coconut milk is the base for several high-level potions. Instead of a vial of water, players add herbs and other ingredients right into the coconut milk. It is used to make antidote+ with toadflax at level 68, weapon poison(+) with cactus spine at level 73, antidote++ with irit leaf at level 79, and weapon poison(++) with nightshade at level 82. These potions give four doses when made instead of the usual three, so each vial goes further.

Coconut milk is a members-only item. It is tradeable and noteable, but it cannot be equipped or stacked. It is a smart pick for players training Herblore or making poison and antidote potions in bulk. Buying coconut milk saves the time it takes to grow palm trees, collect coconuts, and crack them by hand.
