Cooked chompy is a food item in Old School RuneScape. It comes from chompy birds, which are large birds tied to the Big Chompy Bird Hunting quest. When eaten, a cooked chompy heals 10 Hitpoints. This makes it a handy food for players who hunt chompy birds and want to eat their catch.

Making one takes level 30 Cooking. A player can skewer a raw chompy with an iron spit and cook it on a fire for 100 experience. Cooking it on an ogre spit-roast gives 140 experience instead. Low level cooks may burn the meat and get a ruined chompy. The burn rate drops as Cooking levels go up, and it stops burning at level 99.

Cooked chompy weighs 10 kg, which ties it with cooked jubbly as the heaviest food in the game. Because of this weight, many players hunt chompy birds south-west of Castle Wars.
