Description
The Empty sack is a handy storage item in Old School RuneScape. It holds up to 10 potatoes, onions, or cabbages, so you can carry more vegetables in less space. The Fill Sack option loads 10 vegetables at once. It picks cabbages first, then onions, then potatoes. Cabbages from Draynor Manor cannot go in a sack. A right-click Empty option puts the contents back into your inventory.
Empty sacks have many uses in Farming. Sacks full of vegetables can pay a farmer to watch over your crops. You can also use a sack on a haystack to make a hay sack. Add a bronze spear and a watermelon to build a scarecrow. Sacks are also used to make sandbags during the Enlightened Journey quest and are needed in Eadgar's Ruse.
Players can make an Empty sack on a loom with 4 jute fibres at level 21 Crafting, which gives 38 Crafting experience. Farming shops also sell them for one coin. The sack weighs 0.453 kg and can be traded on the Grand Exchange. It is a simple item that saves time and inventory space for any OSRS farmer.
