Description
The Filled plant pot is a members-only Farming item in Old School RuneScape. It is a plant pot filled with soil. Players use it to turn tree seeds into seedlings, which is the first step in growing trees for Farming experience.
To make a seedling, use a tree seed on the filled plant pot with a gardening trowel in your inventory. You also need the right Farming level for that seed. Then water the seedling with a watering can or the Humidify spell. After a few minutes, it grows into a sapling. The sapling is then ready to plant in a tree patch.
Filled plant pots work with many tree seeds. These include Oak at level 15 Farming, Willow, Maple, Yew, Magic, Palm, Dragonfruit, Redwood, and Rosewood at level 92. Spirit trees and Celastrus trees also start in a filled plant pot.
This item is tradeable and noteable but not stackable. It weighs 0.9 kg and has a buy limit of 600. Any player who trains Farming with tree runs will need filled plant pots, so they are a handy item to keep in stock.
