Buy OSRS Fish crate (empty)

Description

The Fish crate (empty) is a members-only item in Old School RuneScape. It is made by using a camphor crate with an ice cooler. Both parts come from Slayer Masters. Players can make up to 10 crates in one action.

These crates store raw fish caught from shoals while deep sea trawling. Each crate holds one type of fish in sets of 10. It works with raw bluefin, giant krill, haddock, halibut, marlin, and yellowfin.

Empty crates stack, so they take up only one space in a boat's cargo hold. When a trawling net is emptied into the cargo hold, any crates inside fill up on their own. Extra fish are stored as normal. Since each crate holds 10 fish, players can store up to 10 times the normal cargo space. This makes trawling trips last much longer.

Filled crates can only be emptied while standing in a bank with the banking screen open. Use the right-click Empty option. Emptying a crate any other way will destroy it. The crate returns after emptying, but the ice cooler does not.

The crate is tradeable, stackable, and weighs nothing. Item ID: 32366.
