The Gold bracelet is a piece of gold jewellery in Old School RuneScape. It is a members-only item that came out on 30 April 2007. It has no attack bonuses, no defence bonuses, and no other stats. It cannot be enchanted, so it is a purely cosmetic item to wear. It weighs 0.2 kg.
Players make a Gold bracelet by using a gold bar on a furnace with a bracelet mould in their inventory. This needs level 7 Crafting and gives 25 Crafting experience. Making one takes 3 game ticks, which is 1.8 seconds. Since gold ore costs a lot, it is smarter to use gold bars than to smelt your own bars from ore.
The Gold bracelet is a popular High Alchemy item. It is cheap and very easy to make, so many players use it to train Magic. It is also a simple way to train Crafting at low levels.
If you have a cut gem, a gold bar, and a mould, you can make a gem bracelet instead. For example, a cut sapphire and a gold bar make a sapphire bracelet.
