Guthix rest(4) is a four dose herbal tea in Old School RuneScape. It is a members item. Each dose heals 5 Hitpoints. If your Hitpoints are already full, it can boost you up to 5 above your level. Each dose also restores 5% of your run energy. It can turn venom into regular poison, or cut poison damage by 1.

Guthix rest works like a potion. You can drink it during combat without slowing your attacks. This makes it handy in fights where poison or venom is a threat. In legacy duels at the Emir's Arena, it counts as a drink, not food.

Making this tea yourself takes level 18 Herblore. You also need to unlock the recipe from Sanfew during the One Small Favour quest. The recipe uses 2 guam leaves, a harralander, a marrentill, and a cup of hot water. Buying it ready made skips all of that work.

The item weighs 0.05 kg. All doses of Guthix rest look the same, so the four dose version gives you the most uses in one inventory slot. Bob Barter at the Grand Exchange can decant smaller doses into this version for free.
