Description
The Mind talisman is an item in Old School RuneScape. It lets you enter the Mind Altar, which sits between Ice Mountain and Goblin Village. Players use this altar to craft mind runes with the Runecraft skill.
You can also combine the talisman with a tiara at the Mind Altar. Use the tiara on the altar to make a mind tiara. This gives 27.5 Runecraft experience. The talisman disappears when you do this, but the mind tiara works the same way and can be worn. A mind tiara is needed to complete the Easy Falador Diary, so this talisman helps with that task too.
The Mind talisman is a free-to-play item, so members and non-members can both use it. It weighs almost nothing at 0.015 kg, so it is easy to carry. In the game, it drops from monsters such as imps, wizards, dark wizards, abyssal leeches, abyssal guardians, abyssal walkers, and Dagannoth Rex. Its examine text reads, "A mysterious power emanates from the talisman." If you want to craft mind runes or work on your Falador Diary, this is the item to have.
