The mind tiara is a head slot item in Old School RuneScape. It is used in the Runecraft skill. When you wear it, the mysterious ruins at the Mind Altar get a left-click "Enter" option. This means you do not need to carry a mind talisman, so you keep an extra inventory slot free for essence.
The tiara is made at the Mind Altar. You use a tiara on the altar with a mind talisman in your inventory. This uses up the talisman and gives 27.5 Runecraft experience. It only takes level 1 Runecraft, and no tools are needed. Making a mind tiara is also a task in the Easy Falador Diary.
The mind tiara can be worn, traded, and noted. It has no attack or defence bonuses and weighs 1 kg. It is a free-to-play item, so any player can use it. Note that the Mind Altar entry from Guardians of the Rift cannot be used to make the tiara.
