Description

Mithril limbs are crossbow limbs made from a mithril bar in Old School RuneScape. They are a members only item. Making a pair takes level 56 Smithing and gives 50 Smithing experience.

These limbs are a key Fletching material. You can attach them to a maple stock to make a mithril crossbow (u). This needs level 54 Fletching and gives 64 Fletching experience.

Ironmen have another way to use them. You can place mithril limbs on the nice nest in Aldarin. After you log out and back in, or hop to a new world, search the nest to find a mithril crossbow. This lets Ironman accounts get a mithril crossbow without level 54 Fletching.

Mithril limbs are tradeable and can be noted, but they do not stack. Each pair weighs 2 kg. The high alchemy value is 390 and the low alchemy value is 260. The base value is 650, and the Exchange limit is 5,000. Buying limbs saves time on Smithing and gives you a fast path to training Fletching or gearing up with a mithril crossbow.
