The Neitiznot shield is a wooden shield in Old School RuneScape. It is also called the Fremennik roundshield. It has a rope rim and needs level 25 Defence to wield. There is no quest needed to wear it, so any player with 25 Defence can use it.
This shield gives strong defence for its level. It has +17 stab, +17 slash, +31 crush, and +33 ranged defence. Its magic defence is -4. It lowers magic attack and ranged attack by 10 each. Its defence stats beat the mithril kiteshield, so it is a safe pick for players at 25 Defence.
The shield has a special use against trolls. It cuts the max damage from rocks thrown by ice troll females and thrower trolls from 6 to 2. It also cuts the Ice Troll King's throwing rock max hit from 7 to 2. That makes it a smart choice for troll fights.
In the game, players can make this shield during or after The Fremennik Isles quest. It takes level 56 Woodcutting, two arctic pine logs, a bronze nail, a rope, and a hammer. Making it gives 34 Crafting experience.
