Buy OSRS Red d'hide chaps

Description

Red d'hide chaps are leg armour for Ranged combat in Old School RuneScape. They are part of the red dragonhide armour set. You need level 60 Ranged to wear them. There is no Defence level needed, so almost any ranger can put them on.

The chaps give a +14 Ranged attack bonus. They also add solid defence, with +15 Stab, +18 Slash, +22 Crush, +18 Magic, and +20 Ranged. This makes them a good pick for training Ranged or fighting monsters as a mid-level player.

Players with level 75 Crafting can make the chaps from 2 red dragon leather, a needle, and thread. This gives 156 Crafting experience. The chaps also drop from monsters like Fever spiders, Wyrms, and Shadow Wyrms.

These chaps have one more use. An Elite tier Treasure Trail clue asks you to do the Spin emote inside the church in West Ardougne. You need this item in your STASH unit to finish that clue.

Red d'hide chaps are members only. They are tradeable, equipable, and noteable. The item first came out on 29 March 2004 with the launch of RuneScape 2.
