Description
The Sapphire glacialis mix (1) is a members-only hunter's mix in Old School RuneScape. It is a one-dose drink that boosts your Defence level. When you drink it, your Defence goes up by 4 plus 15% of your Defence level, rounded down. At level 40 Defence you get a +10 boost. At level 99 you get a +18 boost.
This mix can also help your friends. If you drink it in a multicombat area, up to three players standing within two tiles of you get the same boost. They just need Accept Aid turned on. Group Ironmen can also share hunter mixes with their group.
The mix is made by using a jarred sapphire glacialis butterfly with certain meats from hunter creatures. You need a pestle and mortar, but there are no skill requirements to mix it.
The item is tradeable and noteable. It is not stackable and cannot be equipped. It weighs 0.02 kg and has three options: Drink, Empty, and Drop. The examine text says there is a sapphire glacialis butterfly inside. It is a light and simple way to raise Defence for a fight.
