Description
Searing pages are an upgraded version of burnt pages in Old School RuneScape. They are made by adding 100 sunfire runes to one burnt page. These pages are used to charge the tome of fire.
When the tome is charged with searing pages, fire spells from the standard spellbook gain a 10% minimum hit. This minimum hit is based on your maximum hit before the tome adds its 10% damage boost. The tome uses one charge each time you cast an elemental fire spell, and each page adds 20 charges. You can take the pages out of the tome if you want.
Searing pages also save runes. One page gives 20 casts, so it replaces 140 fire runes for Fire Wave or 200 fire runes for Fire Surge. That saves 40 sunfire runes on Fire Wave and 100 sunfire runes on Fire Surge.
Searing pages are tradeable, stackable, and weigh nothing, so they are easy to keep in your bank or inventory. They are a members-only item and were released on 20 March 2024. They are a solid pick for any mage who casts fire spells often.
