Description
The Skewer stick is a members only item in Old School RuneScape. It is a sharp pointed stick that is quite resistant to fire. It is tradeable and stackable, and it weighs nothing, so it takes up almost no space in your bank or inventory.
Skewer sticks come from the Tai Bwo Wannai Cleanup minigame on Karamja. Players cut a thatching spar with a machete, then use the machete on the spar to make the sticks. Each spar gives 3 to 6 skewer sticks.
The main use for a skewer stick is making a spider on stick. Use the stick with a spider carcass to make a raw spider on stick. No skill level is needed for this step. The raw spider can then be cooked at level 16 Cooking for 80 experience. Cooking a spider on a stick is a medium task in the Karamja Achievement Diary.
When eaten, a cooked spider on stick heals 7 to 10 health, and the skewer stick is returned to you. That means one stick can be used again and again. Grab skewer sticks to work on your Karamja Diary or to make a cheap, reusable food option.
