Description
The spider carcass is a members item in Old School RuneScape. It drops from jungle spiders and from Sarachnis. Players use it to make two food items, the spider on stick and the spider on shaft.
To make a spider on stick, attach the carcass to a skewer stick. Skewer sticks come from cutting thatching spars with a machete. To make a spider on shaft, attach the carcass to an arrow shaft instead. Both raw versions can be cooked at level 16 Cooking for 80 experience. Cooking one of these spiders is a medium task in the Karamja Diary, and it does not need to be cooked on Karamja.
A cooked spider on stick heals 7 to 10 health when eaten. The stick is returned after eating, so it can be used again. Arrow shafts are destroyed when the spider is eaten.
Spiders can be found east of Yanille. The fairy ring code CLS teleports players close to them. The spider carcass is tradeable and noteable. It cannot be equipped and does not stack. It weighs 0.8 kg and has item ID 6291.
