Description

The Super strength(4) is a potion in Old School RuneScape. It holds four doses. Each dose gives a temporary boost to your Strength level. The boost equals 5 plus 15% of your current Strength level, rounded down. The boost drops by 1 point each minute, or every 90 seconds if you use Preserve.

This potion is popular for player killing, bossing, Slayer tasks, and melee training. A higher Strength level means you hit harder, so this potion helps you deal more damage in fights.

Players with 55 Herblore can make this potion by adding a limpwurt root to a kwuarm potion. It can also be used to make other potions. With 90 Herblore, you can combine it with a super attack(4), a super defence(4), and a torstol to make a super combat potion. With 70 Herblore, you can add crystal dust to make a divine super strength potion.

The Super strength(4) is a members only item. It is tradeable and noteable, but it does not stack. It weighs 0.02 kg. You can drink it, empty it, or drop it. Its item ID is 2440.
