Description

The Super defence(4) is a members-only potion in Old School RuneScape. It holds 4 doses of super Defence potion. Each dose boosts your Defence level by 5 plus 15% of your current Defence level, rounded down. The boost drops by 1 point each minute, or every 90 seconds if you use the Preserve prayer.

A higher Defence level helps you take less damage in fights. That makes this potion a good pick for tough bosses, slayer tasks, and PvP.

This potion has more uses too. With 90 Herblore, you can mix it with a super attack(4), a super strength(4), and a torstol to make a super combat potion. With 70 Herblore, you can add crystal dust to make a divine super defence potion.

Players with 66 Herblore can make this potion by adding white berries to a cadantine potion. Making one in the Fremennik Province is needed for the hard Fremennik Diary. It is also part of an elite clue scroll task from Sherlock.

The Super defence(4) is tradeable and noteable. It weighs 0.02 kg and cannot be equipped or stacked.
