Description
Tomatoes(5) is a basket filled with five tomatoes in Old School RuneScape. The basket lets you carry many tomatoes in one inventory slot. This saves space, which helps if you make pizzas and need lots of tomatoes at once.
Each tomato heals 2 Hitpoints when eaten. A full basket of five tomatoes can heal 10 Hitpoints in total. You can fill or empty the basket whenever you want.
The basket is also useful for the Farming skill. One basket of five tomatoes pays a farmer to watch over an oak tree or yanillian hops. Three full baskets pay a farmer to watch over a cadavaberry bush. This protects your crops so they do not get sick and die.
Players can grow their own tomatoes at Farming level 12 by planting 3 tomato seeds in an allotment patch. Filling baskets by hand takes time, so buying them ready to use is much faster.
The item is tradeable and can be noted. It is very light at 0.056 kg. The buy limit is 600, so you can stock up on plenty of baskets for farming payments or food.
