Topaz dragon bolts are strong crossbow ammo in Old School RuneScape. You need level 64 Ranged to use them. They give a ranged attack bonus of +122, so they hit hard in combat. The bolts are stackable and weigh nothing, which makes them easy to carry in large amounts.

These bolts are made by attaching topaz bolt tips to dragon bolts. This needs level 84 Fletching and gives 3.9 Fletching experience per bolt. Each batch of 10 bolts takes 10 dragon bolts and 10 topaz bolt tips.

You can also enchant them with the Enchant Crossbow Bolt (Red Topaz) spell at level 29 Magic. Each cast uses 1 cosmic rune and 2 fire runes and enchants 10 bolts. Enchanted topaz dragon bolts work with a Dragon crossbow or better. They have a 4.0% chance to trigger the Down to Earth effect, which lowers a player target's Magic level by 1. The hard Kandarin Diary raises this chance to 4.4%. This makes them a solid pick for player versus player fights.
