Description

The worm hole is a members-only gnome food in Old School RuneScape. It is eaten in one bite and heals 12 hitpoints. That makes it a solid food choice for training, quests, and other trips around Gielinor. The item is tradeable, so any member can use it. Its examine text says it actually smells quite good.

Worm holes come from gnome cooking. Players with level 30 Cooking can make one from gianne dough shaped in a gnomebowl mould. The bowl is baked, filled with king worms, onions, and gnome spice, then baked again and finished with equa leaves. Like all gnome foods, worm holes stop burning at Cooking level 38. Premade worm holes are also sold by gnome waiters on the 1st floor of the Grand Tree in the Tree Gnome Stronghold.

This dish is also part of the Gnome Restaurant minigame, where it can appear as an order. Premade versions cannot be used for those orders. A worm hole also spawns in the Underground Pass near the caged unicorn, but reaching it takes level 50 Thieving to pick a lock. Buying one skips the cooking and the travel.
