Description

Adamant bolts (unf) are unfinished crossbow bolts in RuneScape 3. They are adamant bolts before feathers are added. Players make them by smithing an adamant bar at an anvil.

These bolts are a key item for Fletching training. At Fletching level 61, players can add feathers to finish them. Each bolt gives 7 Fletching experience, or 70 experience for a set of 10. The finished bolts work as ammunition for an adamant or rune crossbow.

Finished bolts can also be upgraded. Ruby bolt tips can be added at Fletching level 63 to make ruby bolts. Diamond bolt tips can be added at Fletching level 65 to make diamond bolts. Ruby bolts can be enchanted at level 49 Magic, and diamond bolts at level 57 Magic. These enchanted bolts are popular for high level combat.

Adamant bolts (unf) are stackable and tradeable, and they weigh nothing. This makes them easy to hold in large amounts. In the game, they drop from adamant dragons and glacors. Buying them in bulk is a simple way to skip the smithing step and train Fletching faster.
