Adamant gauntlets are tier 40 melee hands armour in RuneScape 3. You need level 40 Defence to wear them. They are tank armour with 31.4 armour, a 200 life points bonus, and 0.8% PvM damage reduction. They weigh almost nothing at 0.005 kg, so they are easy to carry.

These gauntlets are a solid pick for mid-level melee training. They protect your hands slot and boost your life points while you fight monsters.

Adamant gauntlets are also useful for Smithing. They are made at a forge and anvil with 1 adamant bar and give 170 Smithing experience. You can upgrade them with more bars. Adamant gauntlets + 1 reach tier 41 with 32.4 armour. Adamant gauntlets + 2 reach tier 42 with 33.4 armour. The + 2 version can be turned into adamant burial gauntlets at a Burial Anvil for extra Smithing experience.
